Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert in facilitating month end closing and preparing schedules to support the reported numbers. This person plays a key role in ensuring all financial accounting objectives are met.

• Perform financial management and reporting function
• Perform GL accounting functions including SAP accounting system entries for month end period closing
• Preparing schedules for monthly reporting, quarter reporting and annual financial year audit
• Perform financial analysis over expense/operating expense items and its corresponding accrual balances ensuring that it's accurately captured in the accounts
• Work closely with respective operation teams in understanding, analysing and reporting important expense line items to the business
• Assisting in other ad-hoc reporting requirement

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
2. Min 3 years experience in full set accounts preferred
3. Good accounting concept knowledge, strong numerical and analytical skills

• Month end closing performed on-time-in-full (OTIF)
• Timeliness and accuracy of schedules
