Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, including data warehouses, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards, to support business intelligence needs.

Perform data analysis to extract insights and trends from large data sets and create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Oversee data integration processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Managing metadata for data sources, transformation processes, and data definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Ability to manage, track, and facilitate the repository of developed report & dashboard for report centralization to avoid duplicate effort on report & dashboard development and lifecycle management

Ensure that data handling practices comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Periodic reporting of task/project status and escalation of issues as and when required.

Undertake any other duties and functions that are assigned by the Team Lead or HOD.

Evaluate and implement data analytics tools, technologies, and platforms to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
