Duties & Responsibilities
This strategic role encompasses overseeing data analytics, operations management, and business intelligence functions within the marketing division:
1. Strategic Leadership in Marketing Analytics:
Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the Marketing Division aligned with broader business goals.
Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
2. Business Intelligence (BI) Implementation:
Lead the integration of business intelligence tools and platforms to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.
Establish BI processes to collect, analyze, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for informed decision-making.
3. Data-Driven Marketing Campaigns:
Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics processes to extract actionable insights for targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall campaign effectiveness.
4. Operational Efficiency in Marketing Operations:
Implement and enhance operational processes within the Marketing Division to improve efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions.
5.Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing team of data analysts, business intelligence specialists, and operations professionals within the Marketing Division.
Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Data Governance and Compliance in Marketing:
Establish and enforce data governance policies specific to marketing data, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security.
