Duties & Responsibilities

1) Train keywords for Chatbot intents.
2) Monitor and ensure the Implementation of new launches are available in the Chatbot prior launch.
3) Assign Chatbot unmatched keywords to the correct intents.
4) To observe any abnormalities of Chatbot performances and to report to the vendor via Jira.
5) Analyze the Chatbot performance data and customer’s feedback to optimize Chatbot interactions.
6) To track and monitor the issues raised in Jira until to solutioning by the vendor.
7) To collaborate with cross functional teams including
a. Marketing/Business, for new launches,
b. Contact Centre Operations Team for customer’s feedback/survey/abnormalities performance,
c. ISD for escalation purposes,
d. Vendor- ITApps for solutioning on Chatbot.

Job Requirements
1) Diploma in computer science, information technology or related fields with social media
2) Familiar with Chatbot development framework and platforms
3) Experience with Chatbot analytics tools for performance tracking
4) Experience with Contact Centre systems such as Genesys for monitoring and tracking data.
5) Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross functional.
6) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
