Job Summary
Provide consultancy and advisory services on HR matters to stakeholders through feedback and improvement suggestions to subject matter experts / centre of excellence to ensure quality of services delivery to stakeholders are consistent and of high-quality meeting stakeholders expectations.
Job Responsibilities

Serving as an internal consultant/business partner/business liaison that can translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives and/or actions that help drive positive business performance.

Lead and drive collaboration with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.

Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level.

Leading complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.

Understanding organization diagnostic tools and leveraging them to move to action fast.

Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive the division and team performance.

Drive the People & Capability Development to ensure the division is always fit to compete in the marketplace.

Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on industrial relations policies and procedures, interpret the employment laws and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement.
