Job Summary
Candidate will attach to Site Management Section (Site Tenancy and Permit Management).

Job Responsibilities

  • To support Site Tenancy Renewal Activity and Internal Project.
    • Follow up and negotiate with Landlord for rental.
    • To prepare paperwork or any related documents for renewal.
    • To courier renewal agreement or TA to Landlord and constantly follow up till ensure department receive the document.
    • To assist on stamping process such as scan, preparing cover letter and courier.
    • To assist on administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business Management/Business Administration/Real Estate/Property Management.
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
  • A team player that ability to interact with people of all levels and sections.
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word software.
