Job Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance scheduling of compliance for equipment's at assigned property . All maintenance works are to be carried out as per monthly schedule.
- Scheduling Preventive maintenance for Hygiene services (Housekeeping, pest control) as per monthly schedule.
- Ensure no loss of business / working hours due failure of critical services and unplanned maintenance, e.g. genset and server room.
- Respond to Maintenance call by internal customer with immediately.
- Other misc. task : Attending call to co-ordinate company events, functions & Attend to menial handy man works e.g. minor carpentry, locker issue, plug point - contact issue, minor cement work, minor carpeting resurface, pabx system, receive stocks etc.
- The flexibility to do shift and on-call standby basis.
- Supervise external vendors repairs works during office hours and out of office hours and weekends.
