Duties & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the International Business of U Mobile, to support the Roaming products & services.
The scope also includes managing an effective and efficient billing systems based on in house and external network resources to ensure revenue are secured, cost are optimized and excellent customer experience in the market.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide the following support to the business team that is, coordinating roaming partner’s activities including connectivity & launching of network services, test sim management, TAP Implementation, market survey, invoice processing and also attend to complaints from customers or VIPs
• You will work with vendors, project managers and ISD to optimize the implementation of the roaming network solutions along with the UM technical teams, ensure accuracies of implementation and to support the growth of the business once implemented.
• Analyse and build a detailed understanding of current and emerging trend/technologies relevant to the role and provide the necessary and periodic network updates and service insights to the Business.
• Develop processes for improving operational efficiencies and capabilities
• Assist in the execution & launching roaming services
