The Day-To-Day Activities
INTERN (DIGITALIZATION & COST-SAVINGS)

• Maintain database by entering past and updated site information (Tier-down Rate and subsequent savings information for FO automation) into K2 & SAP
• Verify entered sites data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• To check and eliminate duplication of data.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete
• documents
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Verify and load data into e-invoice for automation posting and payment

About You

• Undergoing Degree in Finance/Engineering or other related field.
• Able to work well with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communication skill and proactive to learn
• Able to work with minimum supervision
