The Day-To-Day Activities
Order Processing Duties and Responsibilities

1 – U Home Fiber Order Submission
1.1. Validate customer information, including name, IC, address, and package details.
1.2. Track U Home Fiber orders, follow up with customers who are unreachable, and ensure customer documents (IC/passport for new registrations) and on-site clearance/readiness (due to renovation works) are in order.
1.3. Confirm orders and schedule appointments based on date availability in the portal.
1.4. Update trackers and provide status reports to resellers.

2 – U Home 5G Order Submission
2.1. Track orders for consignment number updates.
2.2. Update trackers and provide status reports to resellers.
2.3. Manage reseller escalations via email and WhatsApp groups regarding order inquiries.

3 – Managing On-Site Fulfillment
3.1. Coordinate installations with Infra Provider service Installer.
3.2. Liaise with internal network teams to assist with on-site configuration during installation.

4 – Order Activation
4.1. Manually upload WCFs and perform device knock-offs.
4.2. Ensure contracts and applicable discounts are activated.

About You
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using order processing systems and software.
Experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
