The Day-To-Day Activities

Technical Senior Executive
• Administration of EMS from multiple vendors (ZTE, Huawei, Nokia) and other OSS tools i.e., TT system, eWP etc.
• Administration and support for the new Network Management System (NSM) for Fault and TT modules
• First level support for all EMS
• Support new EMS deployment, upgrade, updates etc.
• Main PIC for ISMS - documentation preparation for OSS

About You

•Possesses a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering majoring in Telecommunications.
• 5 years of working experience in Telco industry
• 4 years of experience supporting EMS/NMS system
• Understanding of EMS and how are they interface to the network.
• Has broad understanding of telecommunications network and interfaces.
• Possesses good knowledge on IP network and configuration.
• Deeper understanding of Core/Access networks and the PM and FM information that the EMS provides.
• Accepts full responsibility for self and contribution as a team member.
• Effectively communicates by adjusting style, tone and level of detail appropriate to the audience and occasion.
• Trustworthy, principled.
• Contributes new ideas; is a self-starter; looks for ways to add value to the department/company.
• Works cooperatively with others to achieve common goals. Values the contributions of others.
