Job Responsibilities

• Assist and perform data entry for the automated Dashboard historical data and trending.
• Monitor and assist in RAN, Core and Transport escalation whenever performance is beyond the network performance expectations.
• Assist the team member to update daily routine task such as DCR, CA raw data collection. Update and the existing network Weekly, Clusters reports as required by management, external parties (DNB, MOCN, OLNO, IDD partner) or regulatory bodies such as MCMC(Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission).
• Capable of gathering and updating the Enterprise monthly/weekly reporting which routine generated in NSM/Dashboard.
• Responsible for assisting and updating the dashboard/routine reports whenever is required by the team or superior.

About You

• Recognized university degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
• Working background in RAN/Microwave/PTN/Core Network/IP Core.
• Analytic thinking and knowledge on RAN/Core/Transport performance issue in multi technology.
• Knowledge in ascertain best methodology in data processing, retrieval and analysis including automation viability.
• Data analytic and data processing skill in related vendor tool, visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, Access) and data analysis tool (phyton, project jupyter)
