The Day-To-Day Activities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for innovating, developing and implementing new mobile products and services and growth non-traditional sales channels to acquire postpaid customers and generate positive revenue to differentiate U mobile's service offerings from other service providers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan and develop new concept and campaigns that align with overall postpaid strategy to increase revenue, subscriber and market share
2. Drive go-to-market manage and lead the cross-functional team to roll out new products on a timely manner.
3. Monitor product performance and key metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with Sales to grow alternate sales channels and increase subscriber acquisition via these alternate sales. Monitor and analyze the performance of new sales channels, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance subscribers’ journey throughout alternate channels, including online shop
