Job Summary
The Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in recruiting for sales roles within our traditional trade sector and support our employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of contributing to various recruitment and branding activities.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for sales roles focusing on traditional trade.
  • Support the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help develop job descriptions.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

Employer Branding
  • Support the planning and execution of employer branding activities, including campus and career fairs.
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Help develop marketing materials and collaterals to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding activities and suggest improvements.

Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all applicants.

Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress.
  • Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content for social media.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR or marketing is a plus
