Job Summary:

This role reports to the Head of HR Partner, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Provide consultancy and advisory services on HR matters to stakeholders through feedback and improvement suggestions to subject matter experts / centre of excellence to ensure quality of services delivery to stakeholders are consistent and of high-quality meeting stakeholders expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving as an internal consultant/business partner/business liaison that can translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives and/or actions that help drive positive business performance.
  • Lead and drive collaboration with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
  • Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level.
  • Understanding organization diagnostic tools and leveraging them to move to action fast.
  • Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance.
  • Lead People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on industrial relations policies and procedures, interpret the employment laws and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement.

Job Requirements:

  • Past/current experience as HR Manager/HR Business Partner.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Experience in an agile and/or fast paced environment; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to use data to gather insights and inform decision making.
  • Curious and innovative mindset to continually adapt to everchanging business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with audiences of all levels.
