Role


The Day-To-Day Activities
• Lead the execution of day-to-day operations of international direct dialing services, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-quality service delivery to customers.
• Drive negotiations with international carriers and telecommunications providers to secure favorable terms and competitive rates for UM’s retail IDD services.
• Oversee the monitoring and analysis of traffic patterns, call volumes, and revenue streams to support UM’s retail IDD services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, finance, and customer service departments, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering a superior IDD experience to UM subscribers.
• Foster strong partnerships with international carriers, partners, and vendors, fostering strong partnerships and resolving issues to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of UM’s IDD services.
• Prepare and present regular reports, performance metrics, and business reviews to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities in UM’s IDD operations.

About You
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with exposure to international direct dialing services and telecom operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Route Trading Software and Arptel.
