The Day-To-Day Activities
• Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with account managers and partners to establish and understand customer requirements, identifying appropriate solutions to deliver tailored product and design solutions.
• Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate technical answers to customer questions, justifying the return on investment (ROI) of proposed solutions.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Identify appropriate strategic POCs with partners, and customers, with a path to commercialisation (eventual conversion to sales).
• Solution Documentation: Prepare comprehensive solution proposal, work with pricing team and present to stakeholders for approval and cusotmers.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a solid technical understanding of products, continue to explore and learn new products that best addresses customers technical and cost requirements. Continue to learn externally and improve, existing products / solutions.
• RFP/RFI Responses: Prepare detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) using a consultative approach to make the customer feel confident in purchasing our solution.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new skills and product knowledge on a continuous basis to ensure up-to-date expertise in the field. Have a drive to explore and learn new technology, drive team innovation, and creativity to create cutting edge solutions
