Job Description
Event Planning and Execution:
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, including product launches, conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Brand Management:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Ensure all event materials and communications are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure high-quality event services and products.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Budget and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Track expenses and prepare financial reports for management review.
Post-Event Evaluation:
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to inform future event planning and branding strategies.
