Job Responsibilities

• Supplier data update in Ariba:

• Due Diligence status
  
• NDA status
  
• Supplier profile update
  

• Procurement & Logistics Reporting:

• Weekly report
• Monthly report
• Open PO report
• Ad-hoc report

• Vendor Due Diligence Review Exercise

• To contact, clarify and follow up with suppliers on DD questionnaires
• To review updated info from suppliers
• To prepare forms for DD review and approval
• To update review results

• Assignment of Purchase Requisition in SAP to buyer
• Departmental Administrative tasks i.e. stationary request etc
• Ad-hoc tasks/ request

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in related disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion
• Internship duration for a minimum of three (3) months and maximum of six (6) months.
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management
• Self starter
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
